To make sure it has the time to relax, to ensure that it feels able to cope with situations both now and in the future, to make sure it is contented and that there are no issues that keep popping up only to be pushed to the back once again.
I believe that the power of the mind can be used effectively to deal with emotional issues in a natural therapeutic way. The key is to tune into the resources which will enable you to develop the strategies to move from where you are now to where you want to be.
