Fees

For full effectiveness of coaching, a series of 4 - 12 sessions is recommended either on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Each session lasts about 45 minutes and costs £40. It can take place by telephone or face to face.

The amount of hypnotherapy sessions required depends on the nature of the particular problem. All that can be said is that often - in the breaking of the smoking habit, for example, a single session will suffice, whereas other, more lifelong problems may need a series of consultations. Hypnotherapy for childbirth usually consists of 4 sessions, 3 pre-birth and 1 post-birth.
